i was quite shocked to see the pictures from this film as i thought it was going to be in the old greek era, like attila or 300. i didnt realise it was going to be so updated, even though i knew it was an adaptation. i dont know anything about this story, so it will be interesting to watch when it is finished. i know gerry got really fit and lost a lot of weight for his role in this and i can see now why, as hes got that old vest on again. i know when he was in cradle of life, he said he slimmed right down because of that vest he wore. i have just finished watching cradle of life tonight, just before i saw the photos, i had to laugh because other than the fact he hasnt got a crewcut in this he looks so much like terry, although i cant see yet, why he had to grow that beard. i will be glad when he goes back to stubble asap please gerry.

just to add, i forgot that i do like his tattoos hes got. i always liked his tattoos in shooters, especially the one of the scorpion over his left breast.

i hope hes enjoying himself as i know hes loves to work and he hasnt made a film since the bounty hunter so he was probably having withdrawal symtoms, and then hes got machine gun preacher, which sounds like a really good and unbelievable story, and then hopefully at the end of the year, the well overdue, burns, we hope.

  4. SALUD! Gerard, to you, for the deep rooted love and dedication you have for ACTING, which you were clearly born to do, so thanks and much love…you are the one and only…the best.
