A casting call for background extras will be held noon to 6 p.m., Saturday, March 12 for the upcoming film “Playing the Field,†starring Gerard Butler, Uma Thurman and Jessica Biel.
Tara Duncil with BAM Casting will hold the casting call Millennium Studios, 300 Douglas St. in Shreveport.
Those interested must bring a recent, non-returnable 4×6 photo of yourself and vehicles.
The casting call is open to people of all ages and ethnicities, specifically stand in/photo doubles, upscale men and women of all ages, business types of all ages, TV personalities and sportcaster types, soccer mom, dad and family types, nanny types, children ages 9 to Interviews, upscale vehicles, mini vans and SUVs.

Filming begins in Shreveport of March 28.
