Gerard Butler (dot) Net and Debi McMillan are pleased to announce details of the 3rd Gerard Butler Convention to be held at Glasgow’s Thistle Hotel on Sunday 25th October 2009.

More info will follow shortly, including details of trips and events planned around the Convention.

Tickets are limited to 140 total.  Your ticket price includes a free gift upon arrival at the Convention!

Please note that there are no physical tickets for this event.  Please print and retain a copy of your receipt and bring this with you to the event to obtain entry.

The event will probably sell out quickly.  If you have visited the page and tickets are sold out, please do check back regularly as tickets may become available at a later date due to cancellations.  Please also check gb.net for regular updates on sales.

All proceeds raised from the event will go to CLIC Sargent.

Room rates for the event have been agreed with the Thistle Hotel at the following:

£100 double room including breakfast per room per night

£90 single room including breakfast per room per night

To book your room at the above rate, please call Reservations on +44 (0)870 333 9154 quoting “Gerard Butler Convention”.  As this is the UK, please do try to call within reception main hours, which are 8.30am to 7pm.   All receptionists during this time know of the event and will book your correct rate.You can also book rooms via Fiona, Marianne or Amanda by email on reservations.glasgow@thistle.co.uk

Your rate is valid for the entirety of your stay, provided the hotel is not already full, and the cancellation policy is 2pm day of arrival.
