Upscale shopping along the Magnificent Mile, thousands of restaurants, as well as Chicago’s eminent architecture, continue to draw tourists. The city is the United States’ third-largest convention destination.Â

    I am a member of GMCL’s and we do not have the convention and have not seen anything posted by the committee. Who has Chicago and will they be posting soon? I see the other cities have posted with excitement that they got it but no one has posted to say they have Chicago.

    Miklyn: We have a volunteer in Chicago working on this, but if she isn’t able to continue we will be sure to contact the GMCL’s.

    This is not a forum function, as GB.Net no longer runs the forum, so all info will be here and comments can be posted here to be answered. :D

    Once again, to all Chicago fans, this event is a GB.Net event and not run by any particular “group”. Please be patient as we work out the details. Because this is a smaller event, and the Glasgow event is almost sold out, we have some time to work out the details for all the US cities.

    We will definitely post info here as it becomes available. :D
