TORONTO INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL CORRECTION

Please make note that because RockNRolla’s North American premiere is being screened on September 4, we have been advised by TIFF that it is NOT part of the VISA Screening Room passes (as we previously thought based on their website) and will be sold by single ticket purchases only. 2009 GLOBAL CHARITY BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION
The convention cities poll has closed and the top five US cities voted by fans to host a simultaneous convention the weekend of October 24-25, 2009 (along with the cities of Glasgow and Tokyo) are: New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Seattle and Kansas City.

We will be contacting the volunteers in these cities over the next week or so to go over requirements for proposals to complete the next step in the process of organizing an event in these cities. We are hoping to have these complete by October 1 in order to open up registration for all locations. Keep checking back to GB.net for all the latest news and details!

RockNRolla’s North American premiere is scheduled for Thursday, September 4 at the Toronto International Film Festival. The screening will take place at the Elgin Theatre at 9:00pm.

ZACK SNYDER BRINGS US MORE 300!

A limited collectors edition of 300 will be released on November 18, just in time for the holiday season. The new 300 Limited Collector’s Edition, available only while supplies last, will include all the spectacular special features previously available on the Two Disc Special Edition but now adds a bonus disc containing a new documentary To The Hot Gates: A Legend Retold, a comprehensive and dynamic description of the process filmmakers followed to take an ancient legend through a graphic novel and finally realizing it as a feature film.
