ROADSHOW Films has successfully appealed against an R classification of one of the year's action spectacles, 300, being released in Australia for Easter holiday audiences.
The Classification Review Board has unanimously ruled that the film be re-classified with the MA 15+ rating that will mean children under 18, accompanied by a parent or adult guardian, will be admitted.
The film, based on a graphic novel by Sin City's Frank Miller, features David Wenham and Gerard Butler. It opens on April 5.
