Being a huge fan of Guy Ritchie (sans the Madonna remake of Swept Away) I have anxiously been awaiting news of his next project and I have to say it was well worth the wait.

Word from Variety is that Ritchie will be teaming up with producer extraordinaire Joel Silver and his shingle Dark Castle to release the small budget RocknRolla. The movie is in the same vein as his previous sweet flicks Snatch and Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels in which a Russian mobster orchestrates a crooked land deal, putting millions of dollars up for grabs and attracting all of London's criminal underworld. A dangerous crime lord, a sexy accountant, a corrupt politician and a band of petty thieves are among those double-crossing one another.

The movies production cost will be under $20 Million, which works for me so long as it is amazing as his first two flicks. The only thing I would ask Mr. Ritchie is to please keep your lovely wife away from this movie, It's great that you love each other but I mean COME ON! have you seen her previous movies?
