RockNRolla is more of the same from Guy Ritchie which is either good or bad depending on how you take it. Although nowhere near as good as Snatch or Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels the film is definitely not flawed. As a fan of Guy Ritchie and his films I felt the film was entertaining and at times bordering on genius and at other times it fell sadly a bit flat.

When a Russian mobster orchestrates a crooked land deal, millions of dollars are up for grabs, and all of London’s criminal underworld wants in on the action. Everyone from a dangerous crime lord to a sexy accountant, a corrupt politician and down-on-their-luck petty thieves conspire, collude and collide with one another in an effort to get rich quick.

The highlight of the film is the typical Guy Ritchie flash and style and definitely the cast of all stars helped quite a bit. Gerard Butler and the gang definitely delivered alot of action and laughs while Thandie Newton once again made you wonder, Is She Starving Herself? That woman is so gorgeous when she is eating! The premise of this film is much like all of Guys other movies. Bumbling tough guys get in to deep and then through random luck and some coincidence they manage to find their way free of trouble.

The funniest sequence in the entire film is definitely the Crazy Russians and their whole 'adventure' with Gerard Butler. It once again proves that a great director can take a couple of unknown actors and build their characters to really steal the show. Upstaging Gerard Butler is no easy deal but the two Russians definitely stole this movie and their short but entertaining run in the film will very likely have you chuckling as well.

Although the twists and turns are not as good as past Ritchie films the film definitely is entertaining, action packed and has a story that will entertain you. I would say fans of Guy Ritchie will definitely want to buy this film. Action junkies should consider renting it rather then buying it since I am not sure this film will appeal to all.
