Rome, July 7, 2004 – The full program for the Ischia Global Film & Music Fest 2004 on July 11-16 was unveiled today. The 2nd annual event is organized and produced by Pascal Vicedomini and the Ischia International Academy of Art, in collaboration with Cinecittà Holding, Luce Institute, A.I.P. and RAI Trade. The festival will take place at the Hotel Regina Isabella in Lacco Ameno and at the movie theaters of Forio and Ischia Porto.

The rich program of this 2004 edition includes International previews, a review of the new Chinese popular cinema, the best Italian films of the season, sessions where the public can meet with the stars, and symposia on topics of great importance to show business world-wide.

Among the international hosts and stars attending are Stanley Tucci (“The Terminal”), Val Kilmer ("Alexander" directed by Oliver Stone), Gerald Butler (“Phantom of the Opera”), Don Johnson, American directors Nancy Meyers ("Something’s Gotta Give") and Julie Taymor ("Frida"), Mick Davis (“Modigliani”), top model and actress Eva Herzigova (“Modigliani”), Italian directors Carlo Verdone, Alessandro D'Alatri, actors Rosalinda Celentano, Mattia Sbragia and Luca Lionello, production designer Dante Ferretti, producers Martin Richards and Fulvio Lucisano, and press agent Enrico Lucherini. The section on music will include Oscar-winning composer Eliott Goldenthal, master John Debney (“The Passion of the Christ”), Spaniard Lucio Godoy (“Non ti muovere”), Manuel De Sica, the Blues Brothers Band, Bungaro, Pacifico, Mario Rosini, Veruska, Gianni Bella and Leonardo de Amicis.

Mattia Sbragia, actor and winner of an Ischia Award 2004; Leopoldo Mastelloni, actor and winner of an Ischia Award 2004; and Pascal Vicedomini, producer of Ischia Global 2004.
