Maria Bello and Gerard Butler have been cast alongside Pierce BrosnanPierce Brosnan in the indie thriller "Butterfly on a Wheel," set to begin lensing in Vancouver in March .
In the pic directed by Michael BarkerMichael Barker ("A Good Woman"), Butler and Bello will play a couple who have it all until their daughter is abducted by Brosnan, who's on a bad-guy roll after his Golden Globe acting nom for "The Matador."
Brosnan's Irish DreamTimeIrish DreamTime and Infinity Media of Vancouver ("Capote") are producing.
Mel GibsonMel Gibson's Icon Prods. has world distribdistrib rights.
Exec producers are Brosnan, Beau St. ClairBeau St. Clair, Marina Grasic and Bruce DaveyBruce Davey.
