Emmy Rossum, looking quite unfeasibly beautiful, managed to fend off the advances of a (self-confessed) "short, fat, bald" radio DJ long enough to chat to us about her next big film, The Phantom of the Opera for Joel Schumacher. "It's such a spectacle. It's got amazing sets and costumes and such rich characters. It's big, and the music's beautiful and it's scary and exciting, and it's really real and we've taken the characters a lot further."
