When Dragons Attack!

We've got a cool new pic from the set of Reign of Fire. This black and white photo – our source was apparently going for that artsy look – shows a burned out structure on the set of the film that has apparently been ravaged by dragons. The all-important dragons will be added in later by the visual effects crew.
As you might imagine, a film of this nature has a ton of special effects. The effects on Reign are being done by Irish special effects company TEAM FX.
The film is a dragon-slaying action adventure set in England in the year 2018, a time when dragons have become the dominant species. It follows a group of survivors clinging to their existence in the British countryside. They are led by a fearless resistance leader, played by Christian Bale. Matthew McConaughey stars as a dragon slayer from America, who joins forces with Bale in an attempt to destroy the dragon queen. Read Stax's script review for all the fiery details.
