Gerard continued his stay in Washington, DC to witness the swearing in of Barack Obama as the 44th President of the United States. With temps below freezing for most of the day, Gerard braved the cold in an Obama hat with Entertainment Tonight’s Cheryl Woodcock and The Ugly Truth scribe Karen Lutz. Read more…
