Personal appearances at the premieres of the film in Oslo, Norway (November 4) and Glasgow, Scotland (November 15 – Glasgow Cineworld – Renfrew Street – no public ticket sales) are already on the schedule (personal appearance are always subject to change). For the past four years we have put together a charity cookbook for fans. All proceeds go to Kids Kicking Cancer. Recipe submissions were down last year, but we are willing to put together a 2009 version if there is enough interest.
